I am often asked when I’m opening a restaurant and I always say never. Well, I didn’t open one but I am working with the team at Mellow Fellow of Reno on a new menu. They asked me to create a fun menu to serve with their amazing beers. So here’s where we started!

What’s better with beer than house-made sausages, with a decent amount of Mexican influence and all with love and my unique touch on it. Let’s get the ball rolling with this menu and some specials, then see where we can take a GastroPub in the #biggestlittlecity

We start serving today! (December 1st) for lunch. Come on in and give it a shot! It’s been 7 years since I’ve been on the line in a restaurant kitchen and the fun and delicious flavors are about to begin!
