RENO CHEF CLINT JOLLY GOES FOR THE GOLD IN NEW ORLEANS

RENO, Nev. – Local chef Clint Jolly packs up his knives and boards a plane this week to compete against nine other chefs from across the country in the Farm to Table Chefs Taste Challenge at the New Orleans Convention Center on Aug. 19, 2016. Jolly, chef and owner of Great Thyme Catering and a Food Network Chopped champion, along with sous chef for this competition, Josh Deri of Blend Catering, will prepare Gator Poutine, a Cajun-inspired dish created by Jolly.
